SpectraSoft Adds Group Scheduling to AppointmentsPRO™

Software enhancements expand scheduling flexibility and control in new Version 8.0.

SpectraSoft Inc., has added Group Scheduling to the features of its new release for front office management, AppointmentsPRO™, Version 8.0. "AppointmentsPRO™ Version 8.0 allows users to create groups, set appointments for them, and manage them efficiently. It is an extremely versatile feature with many applications in behavioral health, counseling, therapy, and rehab," said SpectraSoft President and CEO Steven L. Petrie.

Schedulers are now able to open a separate window where they can use additional tools to add or remove members from a group. They can assign resources, code appointment types, and set and move multiple appointments for the group. The program continues to track services delivered to the client individually.

Additional features of Version 8.0, allow schedulers to enter notes in Block times, print the screen to a full color printout in Daily, Weekly and Monthly scheduling modes, record front office fee payments, and retrieve archived records quickly by returning them to active status with the click of a button. Enhanced security gives system administrators the power to exercise greater discretion over access to reports. All reports can be modified, and additional custom reports created, using a standard version of Crystal Reports®
