SpectraSoft Releases Small Office Appointware™

SpectraSoft Inc. today announced the release of Appointware™ -- "the perfect appointment scheduling solution for small offices."

Appointware™ is ideally suited to an office with one-to-five physicians. It accommodates two concurrent users and delivers outstanding functionality at an economical price, according to SpectraSoft President Steven L. Petrie.

Priced at $399, Appointware™ allows users to designate different appointment intervals for each resource, make, move and change appointments, set multiple and recurring appointments quickly, double book appointments, and block times. Users can also enter and view important notes (e.g. insurance coverage, co-pay information) on the appointment screen, print appointment reminders, track authorized visits (optional), and run reports.

Appointware™ is patterned after SpectraSoft's AppointmentsPRO™, the widely acclaimed "Best of Breed" front office management software.

Operating in a Windows environment, it uses familiar technology to present the user with the look and feel of a traditional appointment book. The functions are recognizable, intuitive, and easy to learn.

SpectraSoft is offering a $100 discount on the price of Appointware ™ (for total cost of $299) through the introductory period ending December 31, 2001.
